After you've PUBLISHED your document, you can Print, Email, or Share easily. If you'd like to save your print document as a PDF on your computer, you'll choose the PRINT option and then "print to PDF."
1. Depending on your printer setup and whether you're on a Mac or PC, when you click "Print" your printer window that opens will look slightly different.
1 (a) On a Mac- choose the "Open PDF in Preview" option.
The PDF will open, then choose "File," "Save," name your document and choose a location on your Mac where you'd like to save this document.
1 (b) On a PC- You'll need to change the printer destination. It probably shows your actual printer- click "Change" and select an option that will look like "Print to PDF" "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF." Then select the folder or location you'd like to save your document.
