You should always use the Cover Letter with your newsletter (it comes in the template for your issue each month)- because that's a place you can really personalize what you're sending, and talk about yourself and what's happening in your life.
We also have a few templates you can use to insert in the middle of your print newsletter, but you can insert one of your property flyers if you already have those printed. You may find that you can create a better flyer with Word, or your broker may already have templates for you to use.
IMPORTANT: If you are FARMING with your Service For Life! newsletter, remember that these recipients don't know your name and face. You'll need to include something valuable and pertinent to those people, so your mail is welcomed and relevant to them. We recommend putting together a market report for the zip code you're farming, and including that with your newsletter. We have included a simple format for this called the MarketWatch, but a market analysis you put together from the MLS works great or may be even better. You decide by putting yourself in your recipients' shoes- what would you like to know about your neighborhood?
You can find INSERTS on the My Documents tab of the left-side menu, under Service for Life! Templates/Newsletter Inserts. You can always include the "Insider's Free Resources" with your print issue, if you don't have a property you wish to highlight.
