Once you've used a template to create a document, you can then edit the document right on your screen. (You won't be able to edit our actual templates- but you CAN edit templates you create if you ever create one).
1. Open your document, and find the part you want to edit. It will be contained in a text box, so you have to edit that particular text box. When you hover your mouse over the text box, two tools show on the bottom right corner. Click the blue drop-down tool and choose "Edit." "Remove" will remove the entire text box, and you can't un-do that. If you mistakenly remove it and want it back, you'll have to create a new document from the template again.
2. When you click Edit, an edit window opens for you on the right side of the page. Its tools will apply to any edits in the particular box you're in. You'll see the dimensions of the box, the content tools that allow you to resize, recolor, add different fonts, photos, links, etc.
3. Once you're done editing, you'll need to click the blue SAVE button at the bottom of the box. Nothing will change on the document until you do so.

ADVANCED EDITING- Need to know more?
There are options that allow you to edit the BORDER of the box you're editing, and the indent of the text or content of the box.
Edit Print Border Here:
You can choose the size of the border in PX, or pixels. Usually 1 PX is good for a thin printable border. You can choose to make your border line solid, dashed, double etc. You need to pick it for each side of the box. Make sure to click SAVE at the bottom when done!
Edit Indent or Print Margin Here:
In this example, there will be a .2 inch indent from the left side of the text box. This can help you make sure all your text is showing in a box as the default setting places text all the way at the edge of a text box. Make sure to click SAVE at the bottom when done!
Export with Email Template
You'll probably not need to worry about the "Email Settings" option at the bottom of the edit box. Your newsletter already has this set when you receive the template. However, if the box "Export With Email Template" is checked that means this block of text will go out in the email version of the template. Again- this is set for you already but you do have the ability to change what content goes out in the email version of the document you're working in.
