Need to reset your password? First, navigate to the login page at: https://myserviceforlife.com/login.php
Then, enter your email and click the "Forgot Password?" button. You may have to enter your password again, and then the system will send you a pin number that you can enter on the next page to reset the password.
If you are having issues, we have had a few problems reported with other browsers than Google Chrome. Try logging in with Google Chrome if you're having issues and are using a different browser (like Internet Explorer Edge, Safari, or Firefox). You can also call us in the office and we will reset your password for you while you're on the phone.
